Just a note to thank Licaon_Kter, Hexenmeister Raven & Others for their assistance and messages. I finally worked around various work-arounds and have sucessfully installed 1.4.

I can't find a link to download Price of Neutrality, all I can find is Side Effects.
Can anyone link to it here?
