I would like a save game that's in chapter 4, with The Heat of the Day questline complete or atleast past the part when finding the shards
I helped the Scoiatel whenever I could through out the game and I gave Alvin to Triss and left Vincent alive. Not sure if I am forgetting anything important.
If the save could be on the hard difficulty that be great

Hi, I'm unfortunately in the same boat as some of you guys; namely my harddrive crashed, and I really want to continue from where I left off.  If I could get a savegame from Chapter 3, starting at the quest "The Source", where Triss asks you to place the magical sensors all around the city, that would be great!  Thanks!

Edit: I realize this is a little vague, so I'll add that I think I was also just starting the quest "Lock and Key", after completing those other ones like "Following the Thread", and the "Viziman Connection".  Thanks again for the help.

My decisions up until Ch 3 include fighting with Triss in the Prologue, denying the Scoia'tael Haren's goods and siding with Abigail in Ch 1, and fighting alongside Siegfried and helping the Elves escape the bank in Ch 2. The save will be on Medium gameplay. If that sounds ok, then I can shoot that along :)

Edit: Alright, I realize I just confused myself, and probably everyone else.   :wall:  I remember I finished "The source", and was indeed just starting "Lock and Key".  If you've got a savegame right around there, that would be great; otherwise, the save at "The Source" would still work. I've recently had a reformat and forgot to back-up my save files. In my save i had just completed chapter IV (killed Dagon...or whatever his name was  :o) and was about to advance to chapter V in my save game i
- fought with Triss in the lab (Prologue)
- killed Scoia-tael wanting to take Brogg's goods
- sided with Abigail
- worked with Siegfried
-allied with vampiresses
-gotten all the sex cards (but i dont really care about these i would not care if someone supplied me with a save without them)
-and good equipment  (again optional dont care TBH)
if someone could supply such a save it would be very nice, thank you. :peace:

Hi guys, i really, REALLY need a save game file, but there's two problems, first and foremost, i CAN'T register my game for some reason, every time i try, i get the following error message....

<b>NOTICE<b>: Undefined variable: TestLog in <b>/srv/www/secure/registration/index.php</b> on line <b>301</b><br/>

Any ideas?

And secondly, the reason i need the save game is that every single time, no matter what i've tried, changing the resolution/graphical detail, increasing my virtual memory, making sure all patches and updates are installed, whenever i try to get into Vizima, after the conversation with Mikul and the cutscene with the Captain, the game will go to the loading screen, then on the second half of the loading screen, where the graphic for the Dungeon appears, i get the Windows "The Witcher has stopped working" error box and crash to desktop. As i've said, i tried everything i could think of to fix the problem, and i really love the game, and don't want to have to abandon it. So if ANYONE could send me a save game for somewhere inside Visima in Chapter 2, to see if that will work, it'd really, REALLY help me out.

Oh, and i'm running a retail (not demo) version of The Witcher: Enhanced Edition DVD-ROM
